Job Description

BABA SWEET & MEAT SHOP LTD. Dba Shivalik Sweets & Restaurant, business based at 9285-102TH Street, Delta, BC, V4C 6R8 is urgently req’d 01 Pastry Cook (Indian Sweet Maker) have 2+yrs cooking experience.
Duties: Prepare/make Indian sweets such as gulabjamun, rasgulla, ras malai, burfi, laddoo, jalebi, Petha, Gajar paw, peda, boondi etc. Plan menus, maintain inventory and supplies. Make large quantity sweets for catering etc.
Jobs are F/T, Permanent, weekday, weekend, evening & night. Wages $36.60/hr plus 4% Vacation Pay. Education- not req’d, Language- English but Punjabi as an asset.
