Work location: Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, S6H 0N1 - On site 

Salary: 17$ hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time

Evening, Day, Weekend

Starts as soon as possible

Position: Front Desk Clerk              Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or questions
• Take, cancel and change reservations
• Provide information on motel facilities and services
• Provide general information about points of interest in the area
• Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
• Follow emergency and safety procedures
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls
