Job Description

  • Administer bedside and personal care
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Provide personal care
  •  Support the senior’s mobility by assisting with safe transfers between bed, and walker; provide steady guidance and reassurance during walking or therapeutic exercises.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, and adult brief changes, while promoting skin health and overall comfort.
  • Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk, simple exercise for muscle joints function.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to dietary preferences assist with feeding when required, encouraging a calm and pleasant mealtime environment.
  • Assist with medications as instructed by family members or healthcare professionals.
    • Engage the senior in meaningful conversation and companionship to provide emotional reassurance, reduce anxiety, and create a sense of stability and belonging.
    • Observe and document any changes in health, mood, or behavior, and promptly communicate these to family members or medical providers for appropriate follow-up.
    • Accompany the senior to appointments, outings, and social activities; help facilitate clear communication between her and healthcare staff.
    • Maintain a tidy, organized, and hygienic living environment — complete light housekeeping such as laundry, sanitizing care equipment, and general cleaning related to the senior’s daily routine.
    • Follow  care plans and daily schedules, ensuring smooth coordination with family members and consistent, compassionate support.
