Job Title: Human Resources coordinator

Salary:  $40.54 / hour

Job requirements:

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

Experience: Experience an Asset

Specific Skills:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, benefits, and collective agreements.
• Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary structures.
• Administer benefits, employment equity initiatives, and other HR programs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Evaluate workplace programs and practices to promote health, safety, and injury prevention.
