Northbanq Design Collection Corp in Richmond, BC, is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer.

Job details are as follows:

Location of employment: Richmond, BC, V6V 2L9

Number of position: 1

Job Type: Full time and Permanent

Starting date: as soon as possible

Salary: $36.80 per hour, working 30 hours per week

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Education: College/CEGEP Graphic Design program

Languages: English

Tasks:

- Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians

- Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations

- Work in a multidisciplinary environment

- Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials

- Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials

- Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication

- Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives

- Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers

- Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements


- Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides
