Position: Child Caregiver – Private Home
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. The ideal candidate ispassionate about child development, attentive to individual needs, and skilled at engaging children in activities that foster learning, creativity, and emotional growth.

Job duties:

• Provide attentive and responsible care for children in the employer’s home.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Prepare infant formula and change diapers as needed.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals for children and perform light housekeeping.
• Supervise children during meals, naps, and playtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure the safety and well-being of the children.
• Teach and encourage personal hygiene habits.
• Support children's emotional and social development with patience and care.
• Follow and reinforce parents' guidelines on discipline and routines.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, including educational games, crafts, and outdoor play.
• Monitor children’s health, behavior, and development, providing updates to parents as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High school completion
• Experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting is highly preferred.
• Household management preferred.
• Ability to create engaging and educational activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to hygiene and safety.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Reliable, responsible, and patient with a passion for working with children.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Language of Work: Basic to Intermediate English
• Wage: $22 per hour
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: 8 h per day / Monday to Friday
• Work Location: In-person, at the employer’s private home
• Benefits: Extended health care
