Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Supervision: 5-10 people

Tasks

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dispatch team to ensure efficient deployment of security personnel across various sites.
• Monitor and manage real-times schedules, ensuring timely response to incidents, shift changes, and client requests.
• Maintain communication with field security staff, mobile patrol units, and client sites to ensure proper coverage and support.
• Handle emergency calls and incidents, ensuring appropriate response, documentation, and escalation procedures are followed.
• Train, coach, and support dispatchers to ensure consistent performance, adherence to protocols, and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs, manage scheduling conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Ensure accurate documentation of shift reports, incident logs, and communication records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with clients and security personnel to resolve service issues, complaints, or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and update dispatch procedures and protocols to improve operational efficiency and response time.
