Job Description

Viewmax Windows and Doors Ltd. supplies and installs top quality, energy saving windows and doors using cutting edge technology. 

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team immediately to oversee content creation, digital marketing and event coordination. The work location for this position will be from 2-23 McCleary, Concord, Ontario L4K 3R6. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing our company’s marketing activities to increase brand awareness and drive client engagement. 

 This is a permanent, full-time position of 35 hours/week with an annual salary of $65,650/year plus 0.1% of sales commission, 4% vacation pay, dental and group insurance benefits. The language of work for this position is English. 

The main responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating, editing, and implementing marketing campaigns, including social media posts, photos and videos, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Developing and executing a social media strategy to increase company visibility and client engagement. 
• Managing the company website to ensure it aligns with the brand strategy. 
• Managing social media accounts and monitoring online marketing activities such as Google Ads, Google Reviews, etc to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Supporting the planning and execution of promotional events such as trade shows and exhibitions to increase brand awareness to the public, includes post-event follow up analysis.
• Conducting market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitor activities. 
• Planning and developing marketing materials for communication to clients. 
• Planning and executing outreach initiatives to attract new clients. 
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of company’s marketing initiatives to identify areas for future growth, includes preparing reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.

• Working closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

You must have the following qualifications:

• University or college degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent combination of work experience, training and education. 
• Experience in marketing, digital media, or communications, with a focus on creating marketing materials and content strategy. 
• Experience with successfully managing online social media accounts. 
• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM strategies. 
• Experience with digital software editing tools and creative applications such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe, Photoshop. 
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for marketing campaigns.
