Job Description:

• Oversee and manage the daily activities of the team members on job sites.
• Manage inventory by ordering and maintaining supplies of paint, tools, equipment, and other necessary materials for current and upcoming projects.
• Assign daily tasks to team members and ensure painting projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement daily work schedules to meet project deadlines, ensuring coordination with other teams or personnel.
• Keep accurate records of materials, labor costs, and other expenses associated with projects.
• Train team members on job responsibilities, safety procedures, company policies, and the proper usage of tools and materials.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular work reports.
• Identify and resolve work-related issues during ongoing projects, offering recommendations to improve productivity and the quality of work delivered to clients.
• Suggest hiring, promotions, and training needs to management.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing all safety regulations and protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in the field is required.
