Wages: $36.60 per hour, 35 hours per week;

Overtime wage: $54.90 after 7 hours/day or 35 hours/week

Benefits: 4% Vacation pay
Work Location: 12714 104a Ave, Surrey, BC, V3V 6C1 (The candidate is required to work on various locations in the lower mainland depending on work project)

Eligibility:

• Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Language: English

Job Duties:

• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight sheet and other materials
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
• Maintain, repair and renovate residence and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
