Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time 

Salary:$36.60Hourly,for 35 hoursperweek Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location:Unit 102-7311 Vantage Way, Delta, BC V4G 1C9

Education:College diploma is required

Experience: 2 years of experience are required 

Languages:WrittenandSpokenEnglisharerequired 

Duties: 

• Oversee and coordinate business administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and advise of issues
• Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office upkeep
• Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications
• Support hiring processes by coordinating interviews and onboarding new staff when required
• Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
• Ensure all project documentation is current, accurate, and filed appropriately.
• Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
