About the Role

Pride Group Logistics is seeking highly organized and reliable Dispatch Supervisors to join our growing transportation operations team. The successful candidates will oversee day-to-day dispatch activities, coordinate logistics, support staff, and ensure operational efficiency across various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.
• Assign drivers and equipment according to load requirements and route efficiency.
• Monitor driver performance, route progress, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate communication between drivers, customers, and operations staff.
• Resolve delivery delays, route issues, and equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Ensure all dispatch records and logs are accurate and up to date.
• Review and optimize routes to reduce fuel costs and improve productivity.
• Enforce safety standards and hours-of-service compliance among drivers.
• Collaborate with fleet maintenance to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor dispatchers and support staff to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 1 to less than 2 years

Language: English

Security: Must pass a criminal record check

Shifts may include:

Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On-call, Overtime as required.
