Job Description

1 POSITION – RESTAURANT MANAGER ($36.10 PER HOUR) PERMANENT, FULL TIME, REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR 2388425 ONTARIO INC. O/A QUESADA BURRITOS & TACOS, LOCATED AT – UNIT 16, 7000 MCLEOD ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO, L2G 7K3, CANADA.

 

Duties: Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, Evaluate daily operations, Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, Monitor staff performance, Plan and organize daily operations, Recruit staff, Set staff work schedules, Supervise staff, Train staff, Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Address customers' complaints or concerns

 

LANGUAGE: English

 

WORK EXPERIENCE: 7 months to less than 1 year.

 

EDUCATION: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
