Overtime: 1.5 times the normal rate as per provincial regulations.
Benefits Package: 4% vacation pay will be paid each payday on a bi-weekly basis

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Building sales and profitability through excellent marketing skills
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Ensuring all company programs, practices, and systems are implemented and executed properly
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
