JOB DUTIES

General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services

• Lead the formulation and execution of the company’s objectives aligned with its vision and values.
• Identify and execute opportunities within Canada to effectively support cross-functional growth, ensuring a strong relationship with colleagues
• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the business objectives
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Implement and monitor processes for driving operational efficiency.
• Navigate and respond to operational challenges that impact our growing business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment of growth strategies and operational processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional business with customer.
• Manage and resolve escalations and issues raised by customers.
• Identify better ways to deliver anticipated customer needs or to deliver existing services that target customer’s value.
• Support HR officer with any required people activities including performance management and disciplinary.
• Drive knowledge management and continuous up skilling of the team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in business management.
• Foster a culture of belongingness, innovation and operational excellence throughout the company.

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: $85.70 CAD Per Hour

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $128.55 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay

Education Required: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
