Location: Lethbridge, AB (On-site)
Salary: $47.00 per hour
Schedule: 35 hours per week | Full-time | Permanent | Morning/Day Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with internal and external stakeholders to identify business and technical requirements

• Design, develop, and implement effective information systems and business solutions

• Provide strategic advice on IT systems, service delivery, and management best practices

• Evaluate system performance and reliability; recommend and implement improvements

• Support continuous improvement initiatives through proactive analysis and recommendations

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field

• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant work experience

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

• Proficiency in assessing complex business problems and designing scalable solutions

• Must pass a criminal record check

Working Conditions:
This is an on-site role based at our Lethbridge office (T1J 0J9). Remote work is not available. The position involves standard office tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
