Job Description

Mc Mosa Industries Ltd is looking for  1 permanent & full-time Bookkeeper for their company.

Salary: $37.00/Hrs and 30-40 Hrs/week.

Duties include:

•  Maintain financial records and use manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to create, maintain, and balance various accounts.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and make sure that utility, tax and other bills are paid in time
• Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government document
• Perform other personal bookkeeping services
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a college program in accountiung, bookkeeping or related field OR Completion of Professional Accounting Programs like (CPA, CGA) or A combination of several years (2 to 3 years) of work experience in the trade and some course in accounting or bookkeeping is required.
