1444088 B.C. LTD is well known in the industry for its demolition & renovation work. We are a fast growing company in BC, Canada. We are currently in need of an individual to work as a Carpenter (Full-Time) and help take our company, situated in Surrey, BC, Canada to a next level.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $30.00/ hour for 32 hours per week

Language: English

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduate.  

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the same or related field.

Main Duties:

• Analyze blue prints, illustration, and drafts to identify specifications and compute necessities for the building projects.
• Partner with other construction authorities and skilled workers to make certain that projects are finalized efficiently and in accordance to the stipulated specifications.
• Calculate, cut, sculpt, assemble and join wooden materials, wooden substitutes, and lightweight steel and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Setup structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, stairs, molding and hardware, as well as fixtures like cabinets, doors, and trim.
• Repair and renovate the existing structure, including replacing parts.
• Survey building locations and levels and ensure safety and compliance.
• Supervise apprentices and other construction workers.
• Preparing Estimate costs and materials list.
• Be able to supervise 1 to 2 people.

Fast-paced environment; Repetitive tasks; physically demanding; loud noise, May have to lift Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
