Number of Positions: 1

Start date of employment: As soon as possible

Wages: $28.39/hour, 40 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Requisition supplies and materials
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Conduct administrative activities related to booking of client ‘s tickets and coordinate with airlines for confirmation of ticket
• Assemble data of total tickets booked, cancelled, refunds to make special reports and plan budget control

Requirements:

• Secondary education required
• 1-2 Year of Experience Required
• Language-English
