Duties:

• Co-ordinating, assigning tasks or jobs to workers and crew engaged in duties such as shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, or maintaining other related activities.
• Participate in the improvement of policies, procedures for safety and security, standards and regulations.
• Resolve work related complaints, implement corrective measures, and enhance processes.
• Requisition supplies, materials and equipment.
• Make sure the computer system, machinery and equipment run smoothly.
• May conduct performance reviews of monitored workers.
• May perform the same tasks as workers supervised.
• Provide training in job duties.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
