Job Description

1 Full-time permanent Physiotherapy Assistant  position available at VanRehab Physiotherapy, located at 109-9886, Torbram Rd., Brampton, ON, - L6S 3L9Canada:

Main Duties to be completed are as follows :

Administer tests using equipment, instruct patients on test procedures and recordresults, and monitor, check and calibrate equipment,

Assist during assessment of patients and carry out treatment programs and developmaterials for use with patients,
Carry out treatment programs, under the direction of physiotherapists, torehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities,
Examine adult clients
Clean and maintain equipment,
Document patient rehabilitation progress,
Perform various administrative functions,
Schedule and confirm appointments,
Take patients' general medical and ophthalmic history

Employment requirements

Completion of College/ CEGEP

Previous one year of experience is required.

Compensation:

$28.50  per hour for 37.50 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
