Job Title: Administrative Assistant (2 Vacancies)
Location: 4387 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1E 2N2
Salary: $30 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week


Job Description:
Kingston Tire and Repair is seeking two organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and assist with daily clerical tasks. As a part of a busy and customer-focused environment, your role will be crucial in maintaining smooth office procedures and providing excellent service to both our team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office files, records, and paperwork
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and service requests
  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and billing
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other correspondence as needed
  • Provide general office support, including ordering office supplies and handling mail
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for customers and visitors

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
