Salary: $40.00 to $42.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week

Supervise and coordinate the workers and the projects.
Plan and Schedule work to maintain work balance between the activities of the workers with other subcontractors.
Oversee apprenticeship training programs and arrange for additional training if required.
Recruit, hire, and recommend personnel actions to build a competent workforce.
To ensure efficient use of resources, order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
Resolve Disputes and make suggestions to improve the quality of the work.
Ensure smooth work operation by keeping a timely check on the proper working condition of the various equipment.
