Job Description:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
Manage staff, prepare schedules and assign duties.
Analyze market trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of
competitor’s operations on sales.
Determine merchandise and services to be sold,
Implement price and credit policies.
Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale.
Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to expand target market and enhance profitability.
Develop and maintain store budget, authorize expenditures and monitor revenues.

Handle customer complaints and work to resolve them.
Responsible for the staffing of the store, including recruitment and training.
