Job Description:

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Book, confirm, re-schedule appointments and meetings
Answer electronic and telephone call enquiries and relay them accordingly.
Prepare, edit, enter and check, presentations, reports, invoices, brochures and any material related to
handwritten and machine records
Maintain inventory and order office supplies accordingly.

Take care of incoming electronic and handling other material, internal information flow co-ordination withother departments and organizations
Supervise and train office staff in procedures if needed
Regulate and establish office procedures
Greet visitors and direct visitors to an appropriate person
Keep record of minutes of meetings
Compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
