Position Summary:

Prabu Foods Inc. is looking for 1 Recruitment Specialist to join its team.

Job Details:

Location: Surrey, BC V3W 7X4, On-Site
Salary: $29.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week
Employment Type: Permanent employment, Full-time
Employment Condition: Day, Evening, Morning
Requirement: Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements:

Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

On-Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

Tasks

• Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
• Prepare and post notices and advertisements
• Collect and screen applicants
• Review candidate inventories
• Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
• Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
• Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
• Recruit and hire staff
