Payroll Administrator
- Location: 150 Hedgedale Road, Brampton, ON L6T 5L2, Canada.
- Workplace information: On site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely).
- Salary: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
- Total Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week
- Terms of employment: Permanent employment/Full time
- Employment Conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, To be determined

Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Maintain employee records and payroll databases.
• Calculate wages, deductions, and bonuses for payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
• Address employee inquiries regarding pay and deductions.
• Coordinate year-end payroll activities, including tax reporting.
• Manage benefits deductions and contributions for employees.
• Implement and maintain payroll software systems.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as needed.
