Job Description
PRIDE GROUP LOGISTICS LTD
Handyperson
- Location: 6050 Dixie Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T 1A6, Canada.
- Workplace information: On site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely).
- Salary: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
- Working hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week
- Terms of employment: Permanent employment/Full time
- Employment Conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, On Call, Shift, To be determined
- Start date: Starts as soon as possible

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Perform safety and security checks
- Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
