Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet in-store customers, introduce products, assist with fittings, and complete sales conversions.
  • Handle cashier operations, input orders, and follow up on after-sales matters (e.g., returns, exchanges, logistics inquiries).
  • Maintain store display cleanliness, ensure timely restocking, and report low inventory levels.
  • Collect and organize customer feedback, then submit reports to the Sales Supervisor or Marketing Department to support product and service optimization.
  • Execute corporate promotional campaigns, communicate promotional offers to customers, and drive sales performance during activities.
