We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team and lead our operations to success.

Position:                                                           Store Manager

Wage:                                                  C$ 41.00 hourly

Working Hours:                         30 hours working / week

Vacation Pay:                                        4% of gross salary 

Terms of Employment:              Full-time, Permanent

Job duties:  

• Plan, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of our store.
• Manage and supervise staff, assigning duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments to improve efficiency and service.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Plan and monitor budgets, authorizing expenditures, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
• Evaluate and enhance customer service, addressing customer requests, complaints, and issues promptly.
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of staff.
• Supervise payroll administration and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage inventory, address supply shortages, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.

Requirements:  

• Completion of secondary school.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related working experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
