Job Description:

• Assist the staff in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies to attract new residential and commercial clients for custom glass and closet solutions.
• Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs and specifications for mirrors, shower doors, glass railings, closet organizers, and custom glass projects.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Conduct market research to gather knowledge about customer requirements and prevailing trends in glass products and closet organization solutions.
• Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets, and other financial matters.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control of custom glass and closet materials.
• Create inventory reports to track material usage and plan future purchases for mirrors, glass panels, closet accessories, etc.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversees the pricing and credit policies.
• Maintain professional standards to sustain business development.
• Train and coach employees on policies, procedures, and job duties.

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Post-secondary education and/or minimum one year of experience in the field is required.
