JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Large workload

Work Setting: Willing to relocate, Transportation Company

Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized Ability to multitask, Time management, Adaptability

• MS Excel

Tasks:

• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Monitor and evaluate
• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Schedule and confirm appointments
