We, Temsland Maurice Holdings Ltd. o/a Esterhazy Motor Hotel, are looking for a Full-time & Permanent Bar Assistant Manager. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Work Setting: Motel, Hotel
Wage: C$33.60/hr, based on 30 to 36hrs/wk
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day or 40hrs/wk
Benefits: 15 days of paid vacation
Education: Highschool Diploma
Experience: At least 2-3 years of working experience or Completion of a college level diploma or other program related to hospitality field
Language: English
Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all bar services, including bar-related event catering.
- Manage daily bar operations while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Prepare bar staff schedules and monitor their performance.
- Track bar inventory and order beverages and supplies as needed.
- Identify and resolve bar-related issues promptly.
- Handle patrons complaints and ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Communicate with the owner and kitchen manager about bar operations and urgent matters.
- Ensure bar compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff as needed.
