We are currently seeking a full-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team.

We offer: $36.75/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation.

Job Requirement:

• Secondary school diploma required.
• Post-secondary program in hospitality or food service management an asset.
• 1 - 2 years of food service experience. 

Job Duties:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Support the implementation of service standards and operational procedures.
• Help recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure quality service.
• Prepare and adjust staff schedules; monitor and evaluate performance.
• Oversee inventory control, track revenues, and recommend pricing or procedural changes.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and assist with catering or event bookings.
