Position Overview:
We are hiring a full-time Personal Support Worker (NOC 33102) to assist residents with daily living needs, ensure their comfort and safety, and support a positive and caring environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide medication reminders and support with daily routines
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, making beds, washing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness
• Prepare meals and assist residents with feeding when required
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour to supervisors
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company policies and care standards

Employment Details:
• Full-time position – Minimum 80 hours bi-weekly (40 hours/week)
• Hourly Wage: $19.77

Requirements:
• Experience as a Personal Support Worker or caregiver preferred
• Ability to support residents with kindness, patience, and respect
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform physically supportive tasks
