Duties

• Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of office staff handling client files, documentation, and correspondence with immigration authorities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely case processing.

• Develop office procedures, resolve workflow or workplace issues, and prepare regular status and progress reports.

• Train staff on firm policies, client service standards, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and case management systems to support efficient operations.

• Handle client communications across multiple channels, including email, phone, and social media.

• Oversee scheduling, meeting arrangements, and tracking of important deadlines.

• Conduct research on immigration policies, procedures, and regulatory updates.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing client invoices, drafting cover letters, and verifying application packages prior to submission.
