Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary:$48.08Hourly,  for 32 Hoursperweek  Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location:1529 75 AVE W VANCOUVER BC V6P 6Z7

Education:A university degree in civil engineering or a college diploma in construction technology is required.

Experience: 2 years of experience in the construction industry is required

Languages:WrittenandSpokenEnglisharerequired 

Duties:

• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget 
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to site supervisor and clients
• Direct the purchase of building materials
