Overtime: 1.5 times the normal rate as per provincial regulations.
Benefits Package: 4% vacation pay will be paid each payday on a bi-weekly basis

Job Title: Kitchen Helper

Kitchen Helper Duties:

• Assist with food preparation in the kitchen
• Provide assistance in kitchen operations, such as opening and closing the restaurant, cleaning and clearing work areas, stocking supplies
• Establish, maintain, and beautify a clean, orderly, and sanitary work area and kitchen
• Perform work duties that other employees cannot or would rather not do
• Maintain production goals

Kitchen Helper Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing food; transport, set, and serve meals on tray service
• Wash dishes, utensils, and pots; clean kitchen and equipment
• Refill water glasses and ice buckets
• Clean windows and tables and chairs
• Clean work areas
• Clean floors, walls, and ceilings
• Wash floors
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards, compliance, and cleanliness
