JOB DUTIES

• Managing and organizing the president's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Acting as the first point of contact for the president and senior executives, handling phone calls, email correspondence, and in-person inquiries.
• Oversee the filing system, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
• Organizing and attending meetings, including taking minutes and keeping records of decisions and action items.
• Facilitating internal communication by acting as a liaison between the president, senior executives and various teams within the organization.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Draft, review, and manage communications such as emails, letters, and reports on behalf of the president and/or other senior executives.
• Assist the president in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the insurance industry.
