Employer: Zab Zaab Thai Cuisine (operated by Double B Restaurant Holdings Ltd.)

Job Title: Manager

Positions Available: 1

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Wage: $37.00 per hour

Hours of Work: 30~40 hours per week.

Benefit: 4% Vacation fee

Job Duties:

• Manage and supervise the activities for the staff to ensure staffing, food quality, budget, marketing, inventory, ordering, and cash management etc. for daily operations.
• Building work schedules proactively considering seasons, events, and any business needs, if required.
• Participate in the management meetings team for planning, menu creating etc.
• Maintain and update reports regarding menu planning, inventory, ordering, staffing etc.
• Ensure work safety, food and service meet the company standards.
• Hire and train the staff and manage their performance.
• Lead training for the staff for their development and promotion.
• May perform the duties of the staff in both FOH & BOH, if needed.

Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of high school
• Must be able to work ALL weekends and holidays.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in food service including at least 1 year of supervisory roles or,
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in food service who completed management/administrative in culinary courses/programs.
