Alpha1 Constructions Ltd. located in Victoria BC is looking to hire 2 fulltime permanent carpenters, to be part of their growing
team on Vancouver Island.

Wages $37.00 per hour
Languages English
Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks
Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other
materials
Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
Estimate costs and materials
Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants
and other establishments
