Position advertised - Housekeeper
Employer - MEREDITH HOUSEHOLD
The details for the Job are as follows: Location is Red Deer, ABT4P 3R1
  • Work location- will be conducted on the on site
  • The Salary is 19.00 hourly and we will give approximately 40 hours per week
  • The Terms of the employment are Full time and Permanent employment position 
  • The timings of the Job will be as follows : Early morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend
  • We are in need to fill the position as soon as possible hence it starts as soon as possible
  • We have vacancies for 1 person
  • Language - english
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience - 7 months to less than 1 year 
  • On site  - Work must be completed at the actual physical location. No remote work 
    • Work Setting -  Work in employer's/client's home , Relocation costs covered by employer, Willing to relocate, Private residence,  
The Job duties or Responsibilities or tasks to be done  
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Stock linen closet
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings
  • Clean changing rooms and showers

  • Own transportation

  • Ability to work independently, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
