Job Duties:

• Clean and prepare different types of meat to ensure they are ready for processing or cutting
• Cut, trim, and portion standard meat cuts while maintaining quality and consistency.
•  Prepare special cuts of meat as per customer requests with accuracy and precision
•  Wrap, package, and label meat products to maintain freshness and proper presentation
• Weigh and price meat products accurately according to store policies
•  Assist customers in selecting meat products by providing recommendations and answering queries
• Supervise and guide other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers to ensure efficiency
•  Shape, lace, and tie roasts, meats, poultry, and seafood for better presentation and cooking
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
•  Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
