 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Inspect machined parts and tooling to ensure they match required dimensions.
  • Read and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Use precision tools like calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges.
  • Check surface finish, alignment, and overall product quality.
  • Document inspection findings and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Identify defects or deviations and report them to the production team.
  • Work with machinists and engineers to correct issues and prevent repeat errors.
  • Verify that tools and equipment are within calibration limits before use.
  • Approve finished parts that meet company and customer standards.
  • Support continuous improvement by suggesting ways to enhance quality and reduce errors.
