Hours:                                      30 to 35 hours per week

Experience:                              Will train

On-site:                                    Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm’s immigration and refugee legal services.
  • Evaluate communication programs to ensure consistent branding and effective client engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Create educational and promotional materials to inform the public about immigration processes, refugee support services, and the firm’s expertise.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO optimization, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs, trends in immigration law, and opportunities for community outreach.
  • Prepare marketing reports, client outreach summaries, and analytical assessments of campaign performance.
  • Plan and oversee webinars, workshops, and information sessions on immigration and settlement topics.
  • Liaise with lawyers, consultants, and administrative staff to ensure accurate and compliant communication with clients and the public.
  • Manage the firm’s digital databases, contact lists, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Respond to client and public inquiries regarding firm services, upcoming events, and immigration-related information.
  • Collaborate with community organizations and settlement agencies to expand outreach and partnership initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and client guides.
  • Support business development initiatives and assist in implementing the firm’s strategic growth plans.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to the management team on branding, advertising, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Represent the firm at public events, conferences, and immigration information sessions to enhance visibility and reputation.
