Job Description: 

• Plan, lead, organize, and assess the activities and performance of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) departments or organizations. 

• Establish and enforce policies and procedures related to the development, operation, and management of computer systems and data processing functions. 

• Collaborate with clients to gather and define system requirements, project specifications, budgets, and timelines. 

• Build and oversee teams of IT professionals responsible for designing, developing, implementing, operating, and managing computer systems, telecommunications software, and networks. 

• Manage departmental, organizational, or project-specific budgets and monitor expenditures. 

• Hire, lead, and supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and related staff, while supporting their training and professional growth.
