Work setting: On-site only (no remote work option)

Salary:
32.50 to 36.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
30–40 hours per week

Terms of Employment:

• Permanent, full-time

• Early morning, morning, day, evening, and TBD shifts

• Start date: As soon as possible

Overview

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

Key Tasks:

• Operate and maintain CNC and manual machining equipment to produce precision automotive parts.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings for accurate machining.
• Measure and inspect machined components to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations, ensuring optimal production efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine machining processes and techniques.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Record production data and document any deviations or quality issues encountered during machining.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining efficiency and reduce waste.
