Responsibilities

Tasks

1. Assign sales workers to duties
2. Order merchandise
3. Authorize return of merchandise
4. Establish work schedules
5. Sell merchandise
6. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnelmatters
7. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests,complaints and supply shortages
8. Organize and maintain inventory
9. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
10. Oversee payroll administration
11. Provide input on marketing strategies and customer engagement
12. Ensure all sales and transactions comply withprovincial/territorial cannabis regulations- AGCO in Ontario
13. Monitor ID verification processes to prevent sales to minors
14. Monitor sales targets and assist in achieving daily/monthlygoals.
