Overview:

Ritz Furniture Planet Ltd. is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and drive sales performance. This is an on-site role requiring leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on involvement in daily store activities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily sales operations and ensure furniture sales targets are met.

• Train and motivate sales associates on furniture features and selling techniques.

• Supervise retail staff, including cashiers and staff working on the floor.

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.

• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to furniture products.

• Address and resolve customer concerns regarding furniture quality and delivery.

• Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize furniture displays.

• Conduct staff meetings to review sales performance and set furniture-specific goals.

• Ensure showroom furniture is arranged to maximize visual appeal and customer engagement.

• Monitor sales team interactions with customers to enhance service and sales.

• Prepare and present detailed sales reports on furniture performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail or management

• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Basic security clearance and criminal record check required

• Personal qualities: adaptable, collaborative, efficient, goal-oriented, proactive, client-focused, team player
