Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Greet customers, handle orders, and resolve service issues promptly.
- Train new staff on food prep, equipment use, and service standards.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before it reaches guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and customer areas throughout the shift.
- Support inventory checks and restock supplies as needed.
- Help manage cash handling, register accuracy, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety rules.
- Assist the manager with scheduling and shift coordination.
- Promote a positive team environment and support co-workers during busy periods.
